UN Discovers Mass Grave of 87 Massalit near El Geneina

A UN investigation discovered a mass grave of 87 individuals near El Geneina, all identified as Massalit civilians killed by the RSF between June 13 and 21. The discovery corroborated survivor accounts of systematic RSF targeting of the Massalit ethnic community. The RSF also specifically targeted doctors, lawyers, and human rights activists for killing.
