Disclosure Forum 2026 Convenes Lawmakers, Scientists at Russell Senate Office Building

The Disclosure Foundation hosted the first-of-its-kind 'Disclosure Forum 2026' — themed 'Humanity at the Edge of Discovery' — in the Kennedy Caucus Room of the Russell Senate Office Building, 9:00 a.m.–4:30 p.m., free and open to the public with a livestream. Confirmed participants included Sens. Mike Rounds (R-SD) and Kirsten Gillibrand (D-NY), Reps. Anna Paulina Luna (R-FL), Tim Burchett (R-TN), Eric Burlison (R-MO), and Suhas Subramanyam (D-VA), plus Avi Loeb (UAP Science Advisory Council), former Deputy Assistant Secretary of Defense Christopher Mellon, retired Rear Adm. Tim Gallaudet, and former NASA Associate Administrator Mike Gold. Sen. Rounds pledged to revive the UAP Disclosure Act — which failed for a third consecutive year to make the FY2026 NDAA — with whistleblower protections intact. Rep. Luna said she is working with the White House on granting immunity to individuals claiming knowledge of recovered nonhuman technology or biologics. Organizers cited polling showing 89% of Republicans and 88% of Democrats support greater UAP transparency.
