Second SAF Strike on Lagawa Kills 15 in West Kordofan
SAF forces conducted a second aerial strike on Lagawa, West Kordofan, killing at least 15 people according to a medical source. The strike followed the first Lagawa attack four days earlier (March 23) which had killed 15–17 people. The repeated targeting of the same town underscored the SAF's ongoing campaign against RSF-held population centers in Kordofan. Lagawa, a town of significant civilian population in West Kordofan, was one of multiple RSF-held towns struck by SAF drones in a pattern that humanitarian organizations condemned alongside the RSF's own strikes on civilian areas. Total deaths in the two Lagawa attacks alone reached 30+. The RSF continued to blame SAF for systematic civilian targeting.
