| Myanmar

Junta forces conducted coordinated airstrikes across three regions on July 19, 2026: Mahlaing Township (Mandalay Region, roughly 75 miles south of Mandalay city); Myaung and Chaung-U townships (Sagaing Region, 16-36 miles south of Monywa), where 60+ bombs were dropped; and Taungup, Thandwe, and Ponnagyun townships in Rakhine State. In total, 6 civilians were killed (including a 70-year-old man in Mahlaing) and 26+ were injured, including children and Buddhist monks, with 25+ homes and a church destroyed. Cumulative civilian casualties since junta chief Min Aung Hlaing's April 20 'peace offer' reached 274 deaths and 579 injuries from airstrikes alone.
