Murder Trial Opens at Schiphol Judicial Complex

The criminal trial of the four MH17 suspects opens at the Schiphol Judicial Complex (Justitieel Complex Schiphol), a specially secured high-capacity courtroom near Amsterdam airport. Three defendants — Girkin, Dubinsky, and Kharchenko — are tried in absentia. Oleg Pulatov is the only suspect who appoints a legal defense team to represent him at trial.
