JIT Names Four Suspects: Girkin, Dubinsky, Pulatov, Kharchenko

The JIT announces that four individuals will face prosecution for the murder of 298 people: Igor Girkin (Russian, former FSB colonel and DNR 'defense minister'), Sergey Dubinsky (Russian, GRU intelligence officer), Oleg Pulatov (Russian, deputy commander), and Leonid Kharchenko (Ukrainian, separatist commander). All are charged with causing the crash and murdering the 298 on board. An international arrest warrant is issued for all four.
