Trump Announces Board of Peace Agreement on Phased Hamas Disarmament

President Trump announced that his Board of Peace had reached a "historic agreement" and "monumental step" for the phased disarmament of Hamas and other Gaza armed groups. Under the 15-point roadmap, a detailed disarmament plan must be prepared within 14 days (subject to extension with international-verification-body approval), with weapons handed over sector-by-sector and inventoried/stored by the National Committee for the Administration of Gaza (NCAG) under monitoring by the yet-to-deploy International Stabilization Force (ISF); the process is tied to a gradual Israeli withdrawal.
