Brugada's Second Government Report Delivered to Congreso CDMX: 3,000+ Public Works, In-Person Address Set for Oct 14
Secretario de Gobierno César Cravioto delivered Jefa de Gobierno Clara Brugada's Second Government Report to the Congreso CDMX on her behalf — Brugada instead attended President Claudia Sheinbaum's own second federal report at Palacio Nacional. The four-document package (general report, executive summary, statistical annex, and a per-borough report) is organized around seven axes — welfare and rights, security and resilience, economic prosperity, urban development and housing, sustainability and mobility, cultural pluralism, and participatory/digital governance — and cites more than 3,000 completed public works, 13,000 new or in-progress housing units, 450 km of repaved roads (MXN 4B), 600 km of upgraded 'safe routes for women' (MXN 3B), 643 water and drainage projects (MXN 7B+), 140 km of new Metrobús/Trolebús/Cablebús/tren ligero routes, 777 renovated public schools, and 316 new or refurbished soccer fields. Brugada will personally present and defend the report before Congress on October 14, followed by cabinet-level briefings.
