Ukraine Strikes Novorossiysk, Damaging Four Russian Warships and Halting Grain Terminals

Ukraine launched a major overnight drone, Neptune cruise missile, and naval-drone assault on Russia's Black Sea Fleet base at Novorossiysk, damaging at least four warships — including the frigates Admiral Essen and Admiral Makarov, a Buyan-M missile ship, and a Vasily Bykov-class patrol vessel — per satellite imagery analysis. The strike also hit grain export terminals, forcing two major facilities to halt operations, and killed at least two to three people including an 8-year-old child, according to regional governor Veniamin Kondratyev.
