Ukraine Launches Largest-Ever Drone Attack on Moscow Oblast Amid Duma Elections

Ukraine carried out its largest-ever combined drone/missile strike package against Moscow Oblast overnight September 19-20, striking a major oil refinery and a logistics facility on the final day of voting in Russia's State Duma elections. The regional governor said three people were killed — two in the attack and one who died later in hospital — and 20 others, including three children, were injured.
