Russian Drone Strikes Kill Mother, Two Children and Another Girl in Kyiv Region

An overnight Russian drone attack on Kyiv Oblast killed a mother and her two 3-year-old children when a drone struck their private home; a separate strike elsewhere in the region killed another girl who died later in hospital. The southwestern Fastiv district was hit hardest, with more than 24 sites damaged including homes, industrial and utility buildings, an agricultural enterprise and vehicles. Kyiv Mayor Vitali Klitschko reported one person injured in the capital from falling drone fragments. Kyiv region governor Tymur Tkachenko said the region endured more than a day of continuous hostile attacks across multiple districts. Russia made no acknowledgment of the strikes.
