Russian Drones Kill Woman Near Sumy Apartment Building

Two Russian strike drones hit near a block of flats in Sumy on September 21. A 38-year-old woman was killed instantly and her 41-year-old husband was hospitalized with multiple injuries. The strike damaged the residential building and five vehicles. Less than an hour later, a separate drone struck a civilian vehicle nearby, sparking a fire. Sumy Regional Military Administration head Oleh Hryhorov said the strike drones appeared to be targeting civilian infrastructure.
