Russian Strike on Korosten Industrial Park Kills 2, Injures 2

Russian forces struck an industrial park in the Korosten district of Zhytomyr Oblast on the evening of September 17, killing two people and injuring two others who were hospitalized in moderate condition. The State Emergency Service said the strike sparked fires in warehouse and production buildings; rescuers had to briefly withdraw because of the threat of follow-up strikes. Ukraine's Air Force said Russia launched 93 strike drones nationwide that night (46 turbojet-powered) alongside Banderol and Dan-T cruise missiles, of which 69 drones and three missiles were downed or jammed, with strikes recorded at 13 locations; nationwide the barrage killed at least 6 and injured 34 over the prior 24 hours.
