Russia Strikes Zaporizhstal Steel Plant for Fourth Time in a Month

Russian forces struck the Zaporizhstal Iron and Steel Works with two ballistic missiles on the morning of September 17, injuring one worker and significantly damaging engineering and railway infrastructure. It was the fourth ballistic missile attack on the plant in a little over a month, with Metinvest COO Oleksandr Myronenko saying 17 ballistic missiles have hit the facility since August. The plant had not resumed full production from prior strikes on August 11, August 27 and September 12.
