Ukrainian drones struck Russia's Primorsk oil export facility on the Baltic Sea, causing a fire and halting cargo loadings for at least 36 hours. The strike was part of Ukraine's intensifying campaign against Russian energy infrastructure financing the war. Ukrainian forces also struck a Tor surface-to-air missile system, a Tunguska air defense system, a Nebo-U radar station, and drone storage facilities in both occupied territories and Russia on the night of March 22–23.
