Foreign Nations Evacuate Nationals from Khartoum

The US, UK, France, Germany, Saudi Arabia, and dozens of other countries evacuated their diplomatic staff and nationals from Khartoum under military escort or by air during brief pauses in fighting. Convoys were harassed and fired upon. Tens of thousands of Sudanese civilians began fleeing the capital on foot and in vehicles.
