Day 795: Motorcyclist Killed, Companion Wounded in Ambush on Colinas del Real, Mazatlán

At approximately 3:15 PM on September 25, 2026, armed subjects intercepted a couple riding a black-and-yellow motorcycle on Calle Colina Baja in the Colinas del Real subdivision, Mazatlán, and opened fire. The male driver, identified as José Luis 'N', died at the scene; his passenger, Karely 'N', was wounded and transported for medical treatment. Police recovered spent shell casings; no arrests were reported.
