Day 794: 'La Chapiza' Banners Accuse Military and State Police Commanders of Colluding with La Mayiza

At around 8:50 AM on September 24, 2026, security corporations received simultaneous reports of banners (narcomantas) hung at multiple points across the municipalities of Mazatlán, Rosario, and Concordia in southern Sinaloa.
