ANTAC and the Frente Nacional para el Rescate del Campo Mexicano launched an indefinite national highway blockade on April 6 across at least 20 states — the largest domestic labor-agricultural protest of Sheinbaum's presidency. Demands included action against highway extortion and robbery, elimination of the IEPS diesel surcharge, and IMSS-Bienestar access for transport workers.
