Min Aung Hlaing Begins Two-Day Cambodia State Visit, Meeting Hun Sen and Hun Manet Amid ICC Warrant Calls

Myanmar junta chief and president Min Aung Hlaing arrived in Phnom Penh on the morning of September 11, 2026, for a two-day state visit at the invitation of King Norodom Sihamoni — his fourth visit to an ASEAN member state as he seeks to restore standing within the bloc since being sworn in as president in April 2026.
