Sustained Combat Enters Day 6 in Minbu-Saku Area, Magway — School Bombed, 10+ SAC Troops Injured

| Myanmar

Fighting between resistance forces and SAC troops in the Minbu-Saku area of Magway Region continued into its sixth consecutive day on April 7, with resistance sources reporting 10+ junta troops injured across the engagement. SAC forces deployed airstrikes in support of their ground units, with a 500-pound bomb striking a school building and injuring at least one civilian; two additional civilians were also wounded by airstrikes during the day's fighting. A separate SAC airstrike in Pauk Township, Magway on April 7 conducted five bombing runs but caused no human casualties. The sustained engagement in Minbu-Saku reflects PDF efforts to expand operational control southward from Sagaing Region into central Magway.
