UN General Assembly Demands Immediate Ceasefire — 153-10 Vote

The UN General Assembly passes a resolution calling for an immediate humanitarian ceasefire in Gaza by a vote of 153 to 10, with 23 abstentions. The US, Israel, and 8 others vote against. While non-binding, the vote reflects the overwhelming isolation of Israel and the US on the war. It is the largest UNGA vote against US-Israeli positions in modern history.
