Tshisekedi Signs Ordinance Creating National Dialogue Organization Committee

President Tshisekedi signed an ordinance establishing the Organization Committee for the National Dialogue he launched Aug 28, tasked with the process's administrative, material and logistical preparation. The committee's coordinator, deputy and members are all appointed and removable by the president; its precise composition was not made public. The signing came two days ahead of the opposition Coalition Article 64's planned Sept 15 march against Tshisekedi's constitutional referendum push.
