Trump Reverses Obama Cuba Opening

President Trump announced a new Cuba policy in Miami, curtailing people-to-people travel and banning US business dealings with companies controlled by Cuba's military (including most major hotels). Trump reinstated restrictions on individual tourism and tightened enforcement of the embargo, effectively reversing much of Obama's normalization.
