Castro Amnestied, Exiles to Mexico

Batista's government granted amnesty to political prisoners, including Fidel and Raúl Castro. Fidel went to Mexico where he organized the 26th of July Movement and trained with Che Guevara and 80 other revolutionaries for the return to Cuba.
