NDB Board Appoints Two Vice-Presidents, Rotates Senior Leadership

The New Development Bank's Board of Governors announced on July 8, 2026 the appointment of two new Vice-Presidents and a rotation of senior management responsibilities. Daopeng Fu (China) was named Vice-President and Chief Financial Officer, and Monale Ratsoma (South Africa) was named Vice-President and Chief Risk Officer. Rajiv Ranjan (India), previously Chief Risk Officer, moved to Vice-President and Chief Administrative Officer, while Roman Serov (Russia) remained Vice-President and Chief Operating Officer.
