LeBlanc, Greer Hold 3+ Hour Session, Call Deal 'Very Close'

LeBlanc met Greer in Washington for a three-hour-plus negotiating session he described as 'long' and 'detailed,' after which he said the two sides were 'very close' to a final agreement. Chief Trade Negotiator Janice Charette, Canadian Ambassador Mark Wiseman and Carney's Chief of Staff Marc-André Blanchard also took part.
