Russian Loitering Munition Kills 4, Including 3 Children, in Mykolaiv Oblast Village

A Russian 'suicide' loitering drone struck a building housing a shop, a Nova Poshta parcel branch, and a pharmacy in Tokarivka, Veselynivske settlement hromada, Mykolaiv Oblast, on the evening of August 21. The strike killed four people — two 11-year-old boys, a 13-year-old boy, and a 30-year-old man — and sparked a fire covering roughly 300 square meters. Mykolaiv Oblast authorities declared a day of mourning for the victims.
