Russian Banderol Missiles Kill 10 in Kharkiv Region's Pechenihy, Wound 5 in Izyum

Russian forces struck the village of Pechenihy in Kharkiv region with two Banderol missiles — small, jet-powered cruise missiles — early on August 18, killing 10 people and wounding at least 18 in a residential area at a busy intersection lined with a post office, shops, and homes.
