Russian forces struck Kramatorsk and the nearby village of Bilenke with eight guided aerial bombs (reported as FAB-250s) between 20:30 and 20:56 local time on the night of August 13–14. A direct hit on a residential apartment block ignited a fire that spread through several stories.
