FEMOSPP Report Leaked — Names Díaz Ordaz, Echeverría for Genocide

A draft of the FEMOSPP's final report is leaked to the National Security Archive and published online before the official release. The 800-page report concludes that the massacres of 1968 (Tlatelolco) and 1971 (Halconazo) constitute genocide and crimes against humanity.
