Dragon Oxidizer Leak Delays Crew-13 Launch

NASA and SpaceX delayed the Crew-13 mission — previously targeted for no earlier than Sept 12, 2026 from Cape Canaveral — after discovering an oxidizer leak in the Dragon 'Grace' capsule's propulsion system during standard prelaunch processing. Joint teams are conducting additional tests and rework before a new launch date is set. Crew-13 will carry NASA astronauts Jessica Watkins (commander) and Luke Delaney (pilot), CSA astronaut Joshua Kutryk, and Roscosmos cosmonaut Sergey Teteryatnikov to the ISS for Expedition 75.
