CRS-6 — Second Drone Ship Attempt, Throttle Valve Issue

CRS-6 made a second droneship landing attempt. The booster reached the drone ship but landed with too much lateral velocity and tipped over. A throttle valve stuck momentarily, preventing precise speed control in the final seconds. SpaceX noted the systems were getting closer to nominal with each test.
