Joint Security Declaration signed at SOUTHCOM headquarters

Two days ahead of the leaders' summit, Defense Secretary Pete Hegseth, Homeland Security Adviser Stephen Miller, and SOUTHCOM commander Gen. Francis Donovan met regional defense ministers and military chiefs at SOUTHCOM headquarters in Doral to finalize the Joint Security Declaration underpinning the coalition.
