New Secretariat of Women and Anticorruption Secretariat Created

Reforms to the Organic Law of Federal Public Administration created the Secretariat of Women (replacing the National Institute for Women/INMUJERES) and the Secretariat of Anticorruption and Good Governance (SABG), which replaced the Secretariat of Civil Service and absorbed most functions of the dissolved INAI.
