Junta Jets Bomb NUG Special Regional Military Command Near Mon-Bago Border — First Direct Strike on an NUG Regional HQ

Between 11 a.m. and noon on September 24, 2026, three Myanmar military jet fighters struck the National Unity Government's Special Regional Military Command headquarters near the border of Kyaikto Township (Mon State) and Shwegyin Township (Bago Region), while artillery shells were fired continuously from the nearby Thein Za Yat area.
