Buk TELAR Returns to Russia with One Missile Missing
The Buk TELAR (transporter-erector-launcher-and-radar) is photographed in Luhansk on the return journey later on July 17, now visibly missing one missile from its original four. The Buk travels east via Luhansk and crosses back into Russia. Photos of both the outbound journey (four missiles) and inbound return (three missiles) become foundational OSINT evidence for JIT.
