Dawn Israeli Strikes Kill Four in Arab Salim, Nabatieh al-Fawqa

| Lebanon

Israeli air attacks that began at dawn on Sunday hit Arab Salim, Nabatieh, Nabatieh al-Fawqa, Kfar Reman and the Sayyida Masouma Garden in Nabatieh city, killing at least four people — two women in Arab Salim and two in Nabatieh al-Fawqa — and wounding 20 others. Israel said the strikes were in response to Hezbollah launching two drones toward its forces in southern Lebanon, calling it a 'blatant violation' of the ceasefire. Lebanon said the attacks occurred 'despite a truce' and that the wider campaign has killed more than 4,300 people since March 2026. Hezbollah condemned the operations as occurring amid 'complete international silence and blatant American complicity.' Israeli forces continue to occupy a self-declared 'security zone' roughly 10km inside Lebanon.
