Israeli Strike Kills Three in Kfar Reman; Ali al-Taher Ridge Cleared
An Israeli air strike hit the town of Kfar Reman in the Nabatieh district, killing at least three people and wounding 23. Additional raids and artillery shelling targeted seven towns across the Tyre and Nabatieh districts — al-Mansouri, Majdal Zoun, Buyout al-Sayyad, Beit Lif, Srebbine, Zawtar al-Sharqiyah and Mayfadoun. Israeli forces intercepted a Hezbollah drone near the 'Yellow Line' security zone. Defense Minister Israel Katz said the military had 'cleared Hezbollah fighters embedded in tunnels' under the strategic Ali al-Taher ridge. The strikes came despite the June 4 and June 26 truce agreements; the Lebanese Ministry of Public Health said the campaign has killed over 4,000 people and displaced more than a million since March 2, 2026.
