IDF Demolishes Hezbollah Tunnel Network Beneath Beaufort Ridge

The Israeli military destroyed a major underground Hezbollah tunnel network beneath the Beaufort Ridge using roughly 700 tons of explosives, in response to a Hezbollah drone strike on an IDF bulldozer a day earlier. Netanyahu and Katz said the multi-level network, built over two decades and previously serving as a command center for Hezbollah's Badr Unit, would no longer threaten Israel. The demolition had been postponed after the June framework agreement but was carried out once troops finished clearing the site.
