IDF Kills Palestinian Driver in Thwarted Car-Ramming Attack Near West Bank Checkpoint by Ganim, Jenin

Less than an hour after the Neve Tzuf spring shooting, Israeli soldiers shot and killed a Palestinian motorist near a checkpoint in the Ganim area of the Menashe Brigade's sector, near Jenin in the northern West Bank, on Sunday, September 20, 2026. The IDF said the driver attempted to ram troops stationed at the checkpoint; one attacker was killed and a second person in the vehicle was arrested. No soldiers were injured.
