Settlers Cut Water Line to 700 Residents in Masafer Yatta, Torch Farm Structure, Besiege Nablus-Area Home and Pepper-Spray Ramallah-Area Residents
Israeli settlers carried out a wave of attacks across the occupied West Bank on Saturday, September 19, 2026. In Masafer Yatta, south of Hebron, settlers backed by Israeli forces severed the water line supplying Ad-Daqiqah village, cutting off roughly 700 residents; anti-settlement activist Osama Makhamreh said it was part of an ongoing pattern of infrastructure attacks on villages, hamlets and Bedouin communities in the area. Separately in the Aghziweh area east of Yatta, settlers set fire to an agricultural structure and spray-painted graffiti inciting the killing of Palestinians. In the Khirbet al-Marajim area south of Nablus, armed and masked settlers encircled a Palestinian family's home, terrorizing residents inside. On the road between al-Mughayyir and Abu Falah in the Ramallah area, settlers sprayed several residents with pepper spray and attacked a Palestinian ambulance, damaging the vehicle.
