UNICEF: 300 Children Killed in Gaza During 300 Days of Ceasefire

UNICEF reported that at least 300 children have been killed in Gaza during the 300 days since the October 10, 2025 ceasefire took effect — an average of one child killed per day. The overall post-ceasefire casualty toll stood at 1,209 people killed and 3,943 injured at the time of the report. UNICEF's Regional Director said 'a ceasefire that leaves an average of one child dead each and every day is failing children,' adding that hundreds more children have been severely injured.
