The Gaza Ministry of Health announced the cumulative death toll from the Israeli military campaign has risen to 73,381, with 174,231 injured, since October 7, 2023. Since the ceasefire took effect on October 10, 2025, the Ministry recorded 1,254 people killed and 4,121 injured — an average toll that UN agencies say shows the truce has not stopped daily Palestinian deaths.
