Israeli Strike on Jabaliya Police Station Kills 6 Officers and a Woman

An Israeli strike hit a police station in the Jabaliya refugee camp, northern Gaza, killing six police officers and one woman. Among the dead was Col. Mohamad Marwan Salem, a senior police commander and the station's head. The Israeli military said four of the slain officers were 'Hamas militants' without providing evidence. Separately, one man died in a strike on a tent camp in Khan Younis the same day. Since the October 2025 truce, at least 1,123 people have been killed in Gaza according to the Health Ministry.
