Al Jazeera Analysis: IDF Has Expanded 'Yellow Line' by 37 km, Now Controls ~60% of Gaza; NCAG Effectively Paralyzed

The IDF's expanded footprint has effectively isolated and paralyzed the US-backed National Committee for the Administration of Gaza (NCAG), the 12-member technocratic body established under Trump's 'Board of Peace' framework. Analysts told Al Jazeera the NCAG has been 'emptied of its role' and is now operating primarily from Cairo rather than in Gaza itself. Aid trucks entering Gaza are running at only 150–190 per day — approximately 25–30% of the 600 trucks per day agreed in ceasefire terms.
