Israeli Settlers Kill Three Palestinians in West Bank Attacks

| Israel-Palestine

Israeli settlers killed at least three Palestinians in attacks across the occupied West Bank. In Khirbet Abu Falah, northeast of Ramallah, settlers shot dead two Palestinians: Fare Jawdat Hamayel, 57, and Thaer Farouq Hamayel, 24 — both shot in the head. A third resident died from tear gas fumes fired by Israeli soldiers who accompanied the settlers during the attack. A fourth Palestinian, 27-year-old Amir Muhammad Shanaran, was killed by settlers in Masafer Yatta, south of Hebron. B'Tselem noted that six Palestinians had been killed by armed settlers since the start of the US-Israel war on Iran on February 28, a rate with little recent precedent. The UN documented 25 Palestinian deaths from settlers and soldiers in 2026 up to this point.
