Iranian Internet Connectivity Collapses to ~1% of Normal Levels

Iran's internet connectivity has collapsed to approximately 1% of normal levels, according to OHCHR. The communications blackout isolates civilians, preventing them from understanding or documenting events, and severely limits independent verification of casualty figures and strike damage. The UN High Commissioner for Human Rights has called this weaponization of communications restrictions a grave humanitarian concern.
