Viv Ansanm Launches Coordinated Capital Offensive

While PM Ariel Henry was abroad signing the MSS bilateral agreement with Kenya, Viv Ansanm launched a coordinated offensive targeting Port-au-Prince infrastructure on February 29. Gunfire erupted near the main international airport. Police stations in Pétion-Ville and other neighborhoods were seized. The offensive appeared timed to prevent Henry from returning and demonstrated the gang coalition's strategic coordination.
