Journalist Mzia Amaglobeli Arrested in Batumi

Netgazeti and Batumelebi founder Mzia Amaglobeli was arrested outside Batumi police headquarters after allegedly slapping police chief Irakli Dgebuadze, whom she says spat in her face and insulted her during a pro-European protest. Her case became the emblem of Georgia's press-freedom crackdown.
